About Oboro Tsukimigusa
A disciplinary committee member dispatched to guard Anna from harm and obscenities, however her sense of what is obscene or not is wildly off mark. She has a completely blank personality and is described as a "robot" by Anna's mother.
~!Tsukimigusa is actually a cross-dressing man.!~
